PALLIATIVE CARE

Civicare East has developed a team of specialist carers and nurses who are able to provide palliative care for clients who wish to remain in their own home close to relatives and friends. Services include:

• Personal care
• Live in carer
• Day time visits
• Night time care (sleeping and waking nights)
• Meal preparation
• Relief care for family and friends
